1. What we collect

• Registration details: your name, email address and phone number, given when you register your interest.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we receive your name, email and payment status.
• Community platform: if you join our Mighty Networks space, that platform processes your profile details under its own privacy policy.
• Course emails: if you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

2. How we use it

• To run the course: sending session links, reminders and recordings.
• To process payments, payment plans and refunds.
• To give you lifetime access to the community platform and materials.
• To reply to enquiries, including payment enquiries sent to nathan@canopyofcreators.com.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services listed above (Stripe, our email provider and Mighty Networks), except where the law requires it.

3. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to keep the site working and to keep you signed in where relevant. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to prevent fraud; those are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the course and meet our tax and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your community platform account at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to course emails at any time. Email nathan@canopyofcreators.com and we'll sort it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
