Terms & Conditions
The Community Living Launchpad is delivered by Lovejam in collaboration with Domnu Valley Ltd.
1. Booking your place
Your place on the course is confirmed once full payment, or the first instalment of a payment plan, has been received. Places are limited and allocated in order of booking. Enrolment closes on 26 October at 11pm, or earlier if the cohort sells out.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and card details are never stored by us. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment plans split the course fee into equal monthly instalments charged to the same card. If a payment plan instalment fails, we'll contact you before any action is taken.
3. Refunds & guarantees
Come to the first two sessions. If the course isn't right for you, tell us within a week of the second session and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refund requests should be emailed to nathan@canopyofcreators.com.
4. Changes and cancellations by us
All sessions are delivered live on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are recorded for lifetime playback, so unavoidable changes to facilitators or schedules do not affect your access to the material. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course entirely, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid.
5. Course materials & access
Course recordings, resources and the Launchpad Workbook are for your personal use and the use of your own project. Please don't resell, share outside your household or founding group, or republish them. Community spaces (including Mighty Networks) are subject to respectful-conduct expectations; we may remove access for behaviour that harms other members.
6. No professional advice
The course shares our own experience, processes and templates for educational purposes. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice for your specific project — for those matters we recommend taking your own professional advice (Advanced tier members receive a 1-1 contract & lease review as described on the sales page).
